Reverse PDF Pages guide
Create a new PDF whose pages run from the original last page back to the original first page.
What this tool does
Reverse PDF Pages copies every page into a new document in the opposite order. A five-page source becomes 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Page content and page dimensions are copied rather than rasterized, so normal text and vector artwork can remain selectable and sharp. The source file is read locally and is not overwritten.
Reversing can correct a scan produced in back-to-front order, prepare a stack for a particular manual printing workflow, or quickly invert a document sequence. The operation changes page order only. It does not reverse text, mirror page artwork, reorder layers within a page, or change page rotation.
PDF navigation structures are more complicated than visible pages. Bookmarks, page labels, article threads, internal destinations, attachments, forms, and signed-document relationships may not follow the new sequence exactly when a fresh document is built. A cryptographic signature on the source does not remain a valid signature of the new file. Always inspect documents that depend on these features.
How to use it
- Choose one readable PDF up to 50 MB and 500 pages.
- Confirm the page count shown below the file name.
- Select Reverse page order.
- Download the newly generated PDF.
- Check its first and last pages, bookmarks, links, forms, and print order.
For a scan, compare page numbers or distinctive headings rather than assuming the scanner’s file order. Keep the original until the new document has been checked by another reader or PDF viewer.

Important limitations
Password-protected PDFs are not supported. Complex interactive features may require specialist software. A successful download means a new PDF was written; it does not certify accessibility, archival compliance, legal validity, or correct printer behavior. Do not use the result as the only copy of a signed or regulated record.
