Email is ToolSeta's only official support and legal contact channel today. The site does not operate a support phone number, public office, account inbox, live chat, or social-media support desk. A message sent elsewhere should not be treated as an official ToolSeta response.
The address is monitored for reasonable inquiries, but ToolSeta does not promise an immediate reply or a particular resolution. Urgent medical, safety, financial, legal, or emergency matters should be sent to an appropriate qualified service rather than ToolSeta.
What to include in a tool report
- The exact tool name and page address
- Your browser, device type, and operating system
- The steps and non-sensitive sample input that produced the issue
- The actual result and the result you expected
Reproducible details help us distinguish a tool defect from an unsupported file feature, browser limit, or incorrect input. We may reply to request clarification, but sending a message does not create a paid support agreement or guaranteed response time.
Protect sensitive information
Do not email passwords, authentication tokens, private keys, full payment card numbers, government identity documents, medical records, confidential client files, or other sensitive data. Use a short description or a synthetic sample whenever possible. ToolSeta will never ask for your password or request that you click an advertisement to receive support.
How contact messages are handled
Information in an email is used to respond, investigate the request, prevent abuse, and maintain an appropriate record of the conversation. Privacy requests may require enough additional information to identify the relevant message, but ToolSeta does not require an account to submit a request.
