The sections below separate what happens now from what will apply only after advertising and consent technology are activated. A future plan is not described as a current data practice.
Scope, operator, and contact
This policy applies to ToolSeta at https://www.toolseta.online, including its browser-based tools, written guides, analytics, technical delivery, and contact email. ToolSeta does not currently offer user accounts, profiles, subscriptions, comments, or public file storage. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to aqibiqbal.eng@gmail.com.
ToolSeta is the public service name used by the independent operator of this website; it is not presented as a separate incorporated company. In this policy, “ToolSeta,” “we,” and “us” refer to that operator. The operator determines the purposes described here, while hosting, analytics, email, and future advertising providers process information under their own services and applicable agreements.
Files, text, and calculator input
The current tool registry identifies every published tool as locally processed. Files, pasted text, dates, measurements, and calculator values are processed in browser memory and are not intentionally transmitted to or stored by ToolSeta. Closing or refreshing a tool page normally clears that working memory. Downloaded output is saved only when you ask your browser to save it.
A local-processing label does not mean that the surrounding webpage makes no network requests. The website itself still needs hosting, security, site assets, and analytics delivery. Tool input is not added to analytics events or sent to advertising providers by ToolSeta. If a future tool needs server processing, its registry label and interface must say so before submission, and this policy will be updated with purpose and retention details.
Tool search downloads the public tool directory from ToolSeta's own /api/tools endpoint. Words typed into the search box are matched against that directory in the browser and are not included in the directory request.
Web analytics
ToolSeta uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate page usage and general visitor patterns. Vercel states that Web Analytics does not use cookies and records anonymous data for aggregate statistics rather than identifiers that track a visitor between days or across websites. Data points may include the viewed route, filtered query parameters, referrer, approximate location derived from the request, browser, operating system, device type, and event time. Vercel uses a request hash for daily visitor estimation and states that the visitor session is discarded after 24 hours. ToolSeta has not configured custom analytics events and does not add tool input or email addresses to page-view events.

Hosting, security, and technical logs
Hosting, network, and security providers may process standard request data such as an IP address, requested URL, user-agent information, timestamps, response status, and error or abuse signals. This information is used to deliver pages, protect the service, diagnose failures, and maintain availability. Provider retention depends on applicable service settings and legal obligations. ToolSeta does not use request logs to reconstruct locally processed tool input.
Cookies and browser storage today
ToolSeta stores the selected light or dark theme in local storage under the key toolseta-theme. This preference remains on the device until you clear site data or browser storage. ToolSeta does not currently set an account, login, authentication, analytics, or advertising cookie. The active Vercel Web Analytics integration is cookie-free according to Vercel's documentation.
Current advertising status
ToolSeta currently displays reserved areas labeled “Advertisement” so layouts can be tested without disguising ads as tools, downloads, menus, or results. Those reserved areas are not a statement that Google AdSense is already active. The current application contains no Google AdSense publisher identifier or live Google ad tag. This policy will be reviewed again when advertising code and a consent platform are configured.
Google AdSense and advertising technologies
If Google AdSense is activated, third-party vendors, including Google, may place and read cookies on a visitor's browser or use web beacons, IP addresses, and other identifiers as a result of ad serving. Google and its partners may use advertising cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to ToolSeta or other websites, subject to the visitor's region, consent choices, browser settings, and the configured ad mode. These technologies can support ad delivery, frequency limits, security, personalization, and measurement.

If additional third-party ad vendors or networks are enabled, the privacy policy and consent interface will identify or link to the active vendor list and available opt-out methods. ToolSeta will not send tool input, contact email addresses, or information that directly identifies a visitor to Google as an ad-request parameter. ToolSeta will not ask visitors to click ads or present an ad as navigation, download, or tool control.
Consent and regional privacy choices
Before serving applicable Google ads to visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, ToolSeta will configure a Google-certified consent management platform integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework v2.3, or the then-current required version. The consent interface must provide required disclosures and choices before calling advertising tags where consent is required, and it must provide a way to revisit or withdraw choices. Relevant US state privacy messages and opt-out choices, including an applicable “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” path, will also be configured before covered advertising activity begins.
Browser controls can block or remove cookies and local storage. When a consent interface is active, a “Privacy and cookie settings” control in the footer will reopen Google's privacy choices so a visitor can review, change, or withdraw a prior choice. ToolSeta does not duplicate that consent state in its own storage. No advertising-consent control is shown while live advertising storage and tags remain inactive. Blocking storage may limit remembered preferences or some future advertising functions but should not prevent access to core ToolSeta guides and locally processed utilities.
Contact messages and retention
If you email ToolSeta, the message address, headers, content, and subsequent correspondence are processed to respond, investigate problems, prevent abuse, and maintain an appropriate record. Messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, dispute handling, security, or legal obligations. Do not send confidential files or sensitive personal data when a non-sensitive example will work.
Retention by data category
- Tool input stays in browser working memory and normally ends when the page is refreshed or closed; ToolSeta has no server copy to retain.
- The theme preference remains in local storage until the visitor changes it or clears site data.
- Vercel controls retention of its anonymous analytics and technical service records according to the project settings, product documentation, and its legal obligations.
- Contact correspondence is retained only while reasonably needed for the inquiry, security, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
Disclosure and legal grounds
Service providers may process limited information to provide hosting, analytics, email, consent, security, or advertising functions. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, address fraud or abuse, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on consent, contractual necessity, legal obligations, or legitimate interests such as operating and securing the service, depending on the context.
International processing
Hosting, analytics, email, consent, and future advertising providers may operate infrastructure in countries other than the visitor's own. When applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, the relevant operator or provider is expected to use the contractual or legal mechanism appropriate to its role. Provider documentation should be consulted for current locations and transfer terms.
Your choices and rights
You can use the current local tools without giving ToolSeta your name or email, clear the theme preference, manage browser storage, change advertising choices when available, or avoid sending a contact message. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain personal-data processing. Send a request to the single contact address above. We may request enough information to locate the relevant correspondence and verify the request without collecting excessive data.
Children's privacy
ToolSeta is a general-audience utility service and is not directed to children under 13 or a higher minimum age where local law requires one. It does not knowingly request children's personal information or offer accounts. A parent or guardian who believes a child sent personal information can contact ToolSeta for review and appropriate deletion.
Changes to this policy
The effective date will change when this policy is materially updated for new tools, providers, advertising, consent features, or legal requirements. Advertising and consent practices should be reviewed against the live site, not assumed from an older copy of this page. Questions can be submitted through the contact page.
